Human Resources and Organizational Communication

This graduate certificate is an 18-hour interdisciplinary program designed to equip you with specialized knowledge of human behavior in the workplace and to teach you how to apply this knowledge to positively influence employee behavior. Graduates will learn to understand and implement the major U.S. employment laws, motivate employees and encourage positive work attitudes, apply effective HR decision-making and problem-solving, maximize employee performance, and more.
