MBA Outcomes

Spring 2017 MBA Outcomes

An exit survey was provided to all spring 2017 MBA graduates. The participation rate was 86.5% (78.9% of CMBA and 94.4% of WMBA). Results indicated:

  • 100% of WMBA and 80% of CMBA graduates were employed upon graduation.
  • 71% of WMBA and 60% of CMBA graduates received promotions while enrolled in the MBA program.
  • Average salaries increased significantly for all MBA graduates (14.85% for WMBA; 22.23% for CMBA).
  • Types of organizations in which all MBA graduates are employed.
    • Public – 57.81%
    • Private – 15.63%
    • Government/Non-Profit – 26.56%

Fall 2017 MBA Outcomes

An exit survey was provided to all fall 2017 MBA graduates. The participation rate was 68.75% (70.59% of CMBA and 66.67% of WMBA). Results indicated:

  • 90% of WMBA and 83.33% of CMBA graduates were employed upon graduation.
  • 50% of WMBA and 41.67% of CMBA graduates received promotions while enrolled in the MBA program.
  • Average salaries increased significantly for all MBA graduates (6.55% for WMBA; 11.47% for CMBA).
  • Types of organizations in which all MBA graduates are employed.
    • Public – 21.05%
    • Private – 36.36%
    • Government/Non-Profit – 31.81%

Spring 2018 MBA Outcomes

An exit survey was provided to all spring MBA graduates. The participation rate was 76.9% (64.7% of CMBA and 100% of WMBA). Results indicated:

  • 89% of WMBA and 100% of CMBA graduates were employed upon graduation.
  • 3% of WMBA and 45.5% of CMBA graduates received promotions while enrolled in the MBA program.
  • Average salaries increased for CMBA graduates (25.17% for CMBA).
  • Average salaries decreased significantly for WMBA graduates (-8.52%); however, this includes one student who was laid off during downsizing. When this student’s salary is excluded, WMBA average salaries increased by 2.9%.
  • Types of organizations in which all MBA graduates are employed.
    • Public – 20%
    • Private – 35%
    • Government/Non-Profit – 40%

BINS-MS Outcomes

Spring 2017 BINS-MS Outcomes

An exit survey was provided to all BINS-MS graduates in spring 2017. Sixty percent (6/10 graduates) completed the survey. Results indicated:

  • 67% were employed upon graduation.
  • 67% received promotions while enrolled in the BINS-MS program.
  • Average salaries increased 8% for BINS-MS graduates.
  • Types of organizations in which BINS-MS graduates are employed.

    • Government/Non-Profit – 25%
