This program will be an opportunity for UA Little Rock faculty and staff members to share their stories, struggles, and successes with students in the Student Affairs Diversity Initiatives (SADI), showing them the diverse paths that can be taken to reach their goals, and encouraging them to push through and overcome any obstacles they may face.
