Beginning this spring and continuing through the summer, UALR will be installing fencing and electronic gating for all campus parking lots – a top recommendation of the Chancellor’s Special Committee on Campus Safety.

The work will begin this week on Lot 12, the open lot on Fair Park and 32nd Street. New gates will accept valid UALR faculty, staff, and student identification cards and allow entry at all times.

Students, faculty, and staff still lacking a valid UALR ID can obtain a card at the Donaghey Student Center near the bookstore. Persons seeking a UALR card must provide a valid photo ID, such as a driver’s license.
