UALR’s Department of Political Science will host a talk by Professor Hubert Isak of the University of Graz from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 9, in Room 123 of Ross Hall. Professor Isak will be speaking on recent developments in European Union law and Foreign Policy post-Lisbon Treaty.
