Students are invited to submit works for the cover of the next Racial Attitudes in Pulaski County Conference.

The winner of the UALR Institute on Race and Ethnicity‘s “Design the Cover” art contest will receive a $100 prize, and the artwork will be featured on the cover of the 2012 report.
