UALR’s Alumni Association will celebrate its 11th annual Taste of Little Rock from 6 to 8 p.m. this Thursday, April 3, at the UALR Bailey Alumni and Friends Center in honor of Haskell Dickinson II.

Under Dickinson’s leadership, UALR achieved its goal of raising  more than 100 million dollars in the university’s first comprehensive campaign.

Taste of Little Rock will feature foods from Little Rock’s premiere restaurants including Boulevard Bread Co., Brave New Restaurant, Browning’s Mexican Grill, Cache Restaurant, Café 42, Capers/Copper Grill, Catering to You, Cheers in the Heights, Copeland’s, Faded Rose Restaurant, Glazer’s, Mickey’s Cakes & Sweets, Oceans/Arthur’s, Sweet Love Bakery, Taziki’s Mediterranean Cafe, Terry’s Finer Foods, The Pantry Restaurant and Trio’s Restaurant.

Tickets are $75; a portion is a tax deductible. All proceeds from the event support UALR Alumni Association scholarships.
