Welcome Back Week invites returning and new students back for spring
UALR will hold its Welcome Back Week for all new and returning students enrolled for the spring 2015 semester.
The celebration kicked off on Monday, Jan. 12, and it continues throughout the week with free and fun activities, including plenty of food and entertainment.
The tradition lets students know the school is happy to have them back for another semester and to welcome any new students who are just starting out at UALR, according to Emily Cox, development specialist in the Office of Campus Life.
“After all, the students are the reason we are all here, and we have missed them over the long winter break,” she said.
