The UALR Campus Campaign Steering Committee announced that the campus community exceeded goals set during the 2014 campaign and continued the recent tradition of a large percentage of employee participation.

The year ended with nearly 59 percent of UALR employees contributing to the campaign totaling more than $286,000 in money raised or pledged.

This year’s theme, “Our strength is in our numbers!” reflected the fact that every gift, like every employee, is vitally important, according to 2014 Steering Committee Chair Aresh Assadi.

“It has been another successful year, and we thank all who participated or contributed to this campaign,” he said.
