Guitarist Phil Keaggy to perform at UA Little Rock Oct. 27
The University of Arkansas at Little Rock will host guitarist Phil Keaggy Friday, Oct. 27, as part of the Chancellor’s Concert Series.
“An Evening with Phil Keaggy” will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Stella Boyle Smith Concert Hall in the Fine Arts Building on the UA Little Rock campus.
One of the most sought after studio guitarists, Keaggy’s solo career has spanned more than 40 years and includes more than 60 solo albums. His ever-changing musical style changes from rock ‘n’ roll to fully orchestrated instrumental compositions.
The Chancellor’s Concert Series is a new menu of highly select offerings from world-class artists from all musical genres.
The inaugural season closes with a weeklong residency with Polygraph Lounge from April 23-28, 2018.
General admission tickets are $20 while student tickets are $5. UA Little Rock and UA-Pulaski Tech employees and students can attend for free.
