Dr. Dianne Wigand, assistant professor and coordinator of UALR’s master of public administration program in the Institute of Government, spoke to faculty and students of the Graduate School of Government at Sydney University in Sydney, Australia, on Thursday, March 24. Her topic was “The Role of e-Government in the Modern Public Sector.”

She is the author of E-Government Website Development: Future Trends and Strategic Models, which argues for a citizen-centric approach to the development and evaluation of e-government services provided via the Internet.
