“Happy Land,” a short film by UALR Rhetoric and Writing faculty Sarah Kinser and Dona Bailey has won second place in a recent Arkansas History Webcast competition.

Kinser, a recent graduate of  Rhetoric and Writing’s MA program, has been teaching in the department. Bailey, MEd, is an instructor.
