The Beatles’ hair, surfer shirts, and tie-dye – It’s the Sixties again, and the UALR Alumni Association is advising those who remember Coleman Creek without a bridge to mark their calendar for Oct. 2 and the Alumni Association’s “ReUnite LRU.”

The 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. get-together at the Jack Stephens Center will reunite former students who attended Little Rock University, the precursor institution that rocked and rolled when University Avenue was a dirt road and the campus was part of the Rebsamen farm.
