Ottenheimer Library to hold resource showcase
The Ottenheimer Library is having its resource showcase from 1-2:30 p.m. Oct., 13-15 via Zoom.
This year’s showcase will feature a new database where students, faculty, and staff, can learn about tips, tricks, and features that can help with research, classes, and more.
The upcoming showcase will feature:
- “Web of Science” – 1-2:30 p.m. Oct. 13
Not just for science, this multidisciplinary platform is the most powerful research engine with best-in-class publication and citation data.
- “AVON” – 1-2:30 p.m. Oct. 14
Delivers more than 68,000 streaming videos spanning the widest range of subject areas. Now including over 170 virtual reality videos.
- “Social Explorer” – 1-2:30 p.m. Oct. 15
Create fast, intuitive, and appealing maps and reports to help users visually analyze and understand demography and social changes throughout history.
