Lt. Gov. Tim Griffin will speak about his journey from law school to a high-ranking elected official of Arkansas during a visit to the William H. Bowen School of Law Tuesday, April 12.
His talk from noon to 1 p.m. at Bowen Law School Room 323 will include his time as a law student at Tulane University, his career in appointed and elected political positions, as well as his time serving in military Judge Advocate General positions.
The nation’s chief agricultural trade negotiator, Darci Vetter, will speak March 29 at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock about the proposed Trans-Pacific Partnership, a 12-country pact that would be the largest free trade agreement in U.S. history if it is approved by Congress.
