JCPenney to Host Trojan Suit-Up Event for UA Little Rock Students
JCPenney has been a long-time supporter of helping college students dress for success. The company has provided UA Little Rock college students with coupons for many years in an effort to help college students find the business clothes they need to be successful to interview for internships and jobs.
For the first time, UA Little Rock is partnering with JCPenney to hold an in-person Trojan Suit-Up Event at the JCPenney at Shackleford Crossing, 2600 S. Shackleford Rd, Little Rock. The event will be held from 3-6 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 28.
“This exclusive in-store shopping event offers substantial discounts while concurrently contributing to the advancement of equitable career readiness for all members of the Trojan community,” said Brittany Straw, director of Career Services at UA Little Rock.
Students who attend the event will receive a 30 percent off coupon that can be used for in-store or online purchases. Discounts will be provided on a variety of business clothes and accessories, including dress shoes and socks, handbags, wallets, belts, jewelry, and briefcases.
“We also have a special Buy One Free Pink Ticket Clearance promotion going on throughout the store,” General Manager Joshua Tisdale said. “We also encourage students to visit and take advantage of all of our services, including a full-service salon, JCP Beauty studio, and our photography studio by Lifetouch.”
UA Little Rock employees and alumni are also welcome to attend the event to shop for great deals on business clothes and accessories.
