As part of the preparation for the development of next year’s budget, please send me the following information:

1. The dollar amount of accreditation expenses you anticipate in connection with any accreditation visits between July 1, 2018, and June 20, 2019. Eligible expenses are those directly related to an accreditation visit. These normally include a specific fee (which usually can be an exact and firm figure) charged by the accrediting organization for review, plus the travel, lodging, and food expenses (which can only be reasonable e estimates) of the visiting team members. These expenses will be budgeted in a central account. Remember that membership dues are the responsibility of the college, school, and/or department.
2. Program Review

Please provide this information by Friday, February 2, 2018.
