If there are less than 20 teams registered in a given division, then all schools that participate in their regional tournament will have their teams advanced to the state tournament for that division. The participation requirement can be waived by the State Director in extenuating circumstances.
If there are more than 20 teams in a given division, then only one team per school can advance to the state tournament for that division.
