Sexual Health Table: 11 AM – 1 PM, Outside the Cafeteria in the Donaghey Student Center
Join Health Services nurses to learn more about STI and pregnancy prevention! We will answer any birth control or STI questions you may have. Free condoms will also be available.
Safe Zone Training: 1 – 5 PM, Location will be sent to registrants
Safe Zone training empowers you to provide a safe space and create a more equitable environment for LGBTQ+ individuals on campus. Register for Safe Zone training.

CPR and Stop the Bleed Training with Project Adam: 9 – 11 AM, DSC Ledbetter A
Come learn how to save a life! You will learn basic CPR and first aid techniques that could allow you to keep someone alive until paramedics arrive. Please note this training does not provide CPR certification.
Universal Design: 2 – 3 PM, DSC 205 D (Meeting Room D)
Join Reed Claiborne of the Disability Resource Center and Sharon Downs, AVC for Student Affairs, as they discuss how to make the campus more accessible to all students. This training is open to all but is especially geared toward faculty and staff.

Learn how to respond when you see conflict or people in distress around you. Gain the skills to:
- Come to a victim’s aid
- Diffuse aggression
- Prevent harm
Self Defense Training: 12 – 1 PM, DSC Ledbetter A
Diana Strong will teach essential self-defense techniques for protection in emergencies.
LGBTQIA+ Allyship: 1:30 – 2:30, DSC 205 D (Meeting Room D)
Come support friends and colleagues as you learn the basics of LGBTQIA+ allyship with Sharon Downs and Caleb Scott.

Join Naomi for a relaxing yoga class–the perfect way to end your week! This class is offered every Friday during the semester, but we are highlighting it for Wellness and Inclusion Week. All Fit/Well classes are free and open to all students, faculty, and staff as well as community members of the fitness center.
