TRIO Upward Bound (UB) is a federally funded program that assists students ages 13 to 19 in their endeavors to complete their secondary education. All services are provided free of charge to participants who meet the eligibility requirements.
UB serves the attendees of Mills High School, Sylvan Hills High School, and Jacksonville High School.
Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Eligibility
- United States citizen or permanent resident status
- Completed 8th grade
- Between 13 – 19 years of age
- Must be both low-income and potential first-generation students
- A minimum 2.5 Grade Point Average
