We are excited to announce our first leadership lecture for the 2024-25 year, on “The Crucial Role of Organizational Culture During Times of Crisis & Change,” presented by Melissa Johnston, an alumna of UA Little Rock.
Grounded in personal experience, organizational examples, and research-based findings, this lecture will focus on best practices and lessons learned for leveraging a strong organizational culture during times of crisis and change, with the understanding that the strength of an organization’s culture is tested when going through challenging times.
