The Department of Human Resources will host its second training in its Leadership Coaching and Development series for managers and supervisors. Discipling employees can be a challenging and difficult part of supervising. In the Disciplinary Action Process training, participants will be able to understand the importance of timely, consistent, and accurate documentation of behavior and performance concerns and the steps in the progressive disciplinary action process.
*Must attend 80% of each training to receive a Certificate of Completion
