Let’s start your week on the right foot by moving for 30 minutes. Regular movement (walking, swimming, lifting weights, bike riding, etc.) can improve both your physical and mental health.
One of the easiest ways to get moving is to walk. If you do not want to walk alone, you can walk with us every Monday at noon for Movement Mondays. We meet in front of the DSC entrance by the UA Little Rock Bookstore every Monday and would love to accompany you for a short walk.
If you are busy at that time, you can still participate in Movement Mondays. Just pledge to exercise at any point today and you will be entered into a drawing for some fantastic prizes. All you have to do is register for Movement Mondays or scan the QR Code below (for first-time registration).
