NCSAM discussion session: ‘Who is Watching You?’

October 25, 2023 at 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Free

UA Little Rock IT Services strongly supports National Cybersecurity Awareness Month (NCSAM) each October and is dedicated to increasing awareness throughout our campus community regarding the importance of practicing cybersecurity daily.

For our final NCSAM session this month, UA Little Rock Chief Information Security Officer Dr. Veysel Erdag will provide an interactive session about privacy and security.

You will learn how your privacy data is collected and used and why it is important to protect your privacy online. Scammers are also targeting us and they are not only stealing our money but also our privacy. It will be a highly informative and engaging session.

Please join us for this in-person presentation from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, October 25, in Room 205-D in the DSC.

You can also join online at the link below.

Your safety is our top priority and this session is an essential part of your cybersecurity awareness training.

A Question and Answer segment will follow. The entire campus community is invited to this free event.
