Partial Solar Eclipse Viewing

The physics department at UA Little Rock is organizing an observation of the partial solar eclipse on Saturday, Oct. 14 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The maximum eclipse will be around 11:53 a.m. This event will take place in front of the Jack Stephens Center in Lot 13 East. (View campus map.)
Right now, we have 10 telescopes for viewing. We are viewing the partial solar eclipse in preparation for the total solar eclipse that will occur on April 8th, 2024.
