Registration open for the Fall Step Challenge- A Metro Trail A Day!

FreeLet’s take advantage of the cooling weather by planning to walk A Metro Trail A Day from October 14 – November 24, 2023! Any active movement you can engage in counts towards your target! You can walk, swim, bike, lift weights, or wiggle your arms and legs, whatever combination of movement you enjoy counts! The goal is to get enough daily activity to VIRTUALLY walk selected trails in the greater Little Rock Metropolitan Area. Your step goals will approximate the distance of a trail each week in the Greater Little Rock Area, beginning with 2,400 steps per day the first week, and progressing to 7,400 by the end of the challenge.
