Leadership and Community Transformation: Co-Creating Counter Narratives

Dr. Gerald Driskill is the Graduate Program Coordinator for the M.A. in Applied Communication Studies at UA-Little Rock. He teaches courses in Organizational Culture Analysis as well as Communication and Ethics, and Intercultural Communication. He is co-author of the book, Organizational Culture In Action. He has published articles in the Journal of Applied Communication, Communication Studies, Communication Teacher, and the Journal of Communication and Religion. He earned a Ph.D. in Communication Studies from the University of Kansas, and a Master’s degree from Abilene Christian University.
