Join the UA Little Rock Student Government Association on Wednesday, February 24th from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. as we welcome Little Rock’s 73rd mayor and first Black elected chief executive, Mayor Frank Scott Jr., Public School Teacher, State Senator, and former Democratic Candidate for US Congress, Joyce Elliott, and retired CEO, mental health policy leader and advocate, and former Democratic Candidate for State Representative, Jannie Cotton, to discuss how they paved the way for African Americans in Arkansas.
