This session will help employees and supervisors understand basic information about requesting accommodations. There will be an overview of the policy and procedures and a discussion about the responsibilities of the employee and supervisor. The process for ADA and PWFA are similar in that they require the employee and the manager to engage in an interactive process. Attendees are encouraged to ask questions and should expect to receive practical and applicable instructions about the PWFA.
