If you are a Ph.D. student who has completed all of the academic courses required for your degree and you only have thesis or dissertation hours remaining, please complete the form below. Your academic advisor must verify that you are considered full-time while you are doing research for your thesis or dissertation, even though your credit hours do not reflect full-time enrollment (9 hours per semester). With the submission of this form and subsequent approval by the Office of International Student Services, you may take less than 9 hours during the semester to conduct your research.
