ImageNow is a document imaging system used to electronically store and retrieve images of documents. ImageNow is available in a client version that is necessary for inputting documents into the system, as well as a web version (known as WebNow) that can be used for viewing/read-only purposes.
To use the ImageNow client, a per computer license must be purchased by individual departments. If you already have this software, then you may request as many user accounts as desired. You will need the ImageNow client if you wish to input documents into the system and link using Banner.
WebNow licenses are per person and incur an annual fee between $35 and $40 depending on the number of users on campus.
Off campus access to ImageNow or WebNow requires a Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection.
Any supervisor may request access for employees by submitting a request to email@example.com or online Request Support.
