UALR celebrates Diversity Week

Diversity Week runs March 14-17 at UALR.

The University of Arkansas at Little Rock will host Diversity Week March 14-17.

UALR’s Diversity Council formed the annual Diversity Week celebration in 2015 as a way to highlight the university’s appreciation for diversity.

“Diversity Week is our effort to showcase the varied and dynamic programing that we offer here at UALR,” said Dr. John Miller Jr., an associate professor of social work and co-chair of the Diversity Council.

“In the past two years, the support for Diversity Week has been outstanding, and we greatly appreciate the support from all of the campus units who have lent a hand to lead events and allow us to highlight these events as a part of our annual Diversity Week programing,” Miller said.
