Business students work to make a difference

Business school students pose after collecting donations for the Trojan Food Pantry.

A group of students from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock College of Business recently pitched in to help the campus and surrounding community as part of an honor society volunteer/service day.

About 25 students as well as faculty and staff members from the college either collected donations for the Trojan Food Pantry, read to students at Terry Elementary School in Little Rock or cleaned up and planted trees and flowers at the college’s home, the Donald W. Reynolds Center for Business and Economic Development.

Beta Gamma Sigma, the college’s honor society, sponsored all three April 8 activities.
