Student Research and Creative Works Showcase accepting applications

Registration is open and applications are being accepted for the expanded Student Research and Creative Works Showcase on April 12.

This year’s showcase will be in the Jack Stephens Center from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. All currently registered UA Little Rock graduate and undergraduate students are eligible to present their research or creative work as posters, exhibits, installations, performances, or oral presentations. You may register your project for inclusion in the 2018 showcase here.

Abstracts must be submitted by Feb. 16 to be included in the showcase program.

Priority registration is March 9. Students who submit a finalized poster by this date will have their printing costs covered through the Office of Research and Sponsored Projects. The final deadline for registration is March 30. The award ceremony will be held on May 1.

Early registration is encouraged, and abstract and poster workshops will be hosted in February by the Student Research and Creative Works Committee. Committee members can also work with students who are planning an alternative presentation format.

Questions or comments should be directed to Dr. Jeremy Ecke, chair of the Student Research and Creative Works Committee, at jsecke@ualr.edu
