Seth LeMaster is the Deputy Director at the Arkansas Geographic Information Office. He works to coordinate GIS data and projects with cities, counties, state and federal government.
Seth is a Little Rock native and as a member of the Arkansas Army National Guard he deployed to Afghanistan where he served as Lead Geospatial Intelligence Analyst for special operation forces.
In this lecture, Mr. LeMaster discusses the use and development of GIS technology in military conflicts.
