Let’s take an active adventure together by Stepping Into Summer with the 5-week “A Peak A Day Step Challenge”! The goal is to get our steps in by ‘climbing’ a mountain peak every day. We’ll (virtually) climb the third shortest to the eighth tallest major summits of the United States as if they were laid out flat on the ground. We’ll begin with the goal of 3,730 steps per day the first week, and increase from there. The program will run from June 26 – July 30, 2023.
The first 50 people to REPORT their steps will receive a limited-edition water-wicking headband! This free program is open to all current UA-Little Rock students, staff and faculty.
