Learn how to administer Narcan and save a life!

January 12 at 10:00 am - 11:00 am

Narcan is an opioid overdose reversal medication. Knowing how to administer Narcan improves the capacity of bystander rescuers to save the lives of victims of opioid overdose.

UA Little Rock has installed 33 opioid overdose kits across campus, and Health Services has provided this page with the locations of each kit as well as additional helpful information about administering Narcan.

Training is not required to administer Narcan, but anyone wanting in-person training can reserve a spot in this session. Presentation objectives:

  • Learn how to administer Narcan
  • Review Good Samaritan Law

Training provided by: Arkansas Department of Health
