Laura Fine, State Director of the Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center (ASBTDC) at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Business was recognized by Arkansas Business as one of the state’s most influential leaders in economic development.
“Fine leads a team focused on growing the state’s economy by assisting with the startup and expansion of entrepreneurial ventures.” The article continues, “In the past year, Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center’s clients started 190 new businesses, created and retained 2,053 jobs and acquired $72.1 million in capital.”
