The Central Arkansas Library System and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock have entered a partnership in creation of an invaluable repository of Arkansas history. The Arkansas Studies Institute, located in Little Rock’s River Market, is built around the two institutions’ historical Arkansas holdings.
