The UALR Constitution was passed by the University Assembly and approved by Chancellor Drale on 5-15-2025 and approved by the UA Board of Trustees on 5-22-2025.
Each governance body (Faculty Senate, Staff Senate, Student Government Association) also has official bylaws.
