These Bylaws were approved on 05-09-25 (Faculty Senate) and on 5-15-25 (University Assembly and Chancellor).
The Faculty Senate Bylaws include information and regulations for Councils and Committees; Protocols; Apportionment of the Senate; Elections of the Senate; and Procedures for Governance Documents. These bylaws supplement Article II. of the UALR Constitution.
