Submit a Question or Concern to the Faculty Senate

The Faculty Senate represents faculty interests and provides a forum for addressing issues related to university policies, academic affairs, faculty working conditions, and shared governance.

Faculty members are encouraged to use this form to submit questions, raise concerns, or bring issues to the attention of the Faculty Senate for consideration.

Submissions are anonymous. You are not required to provide your name, email address, or other identifying information. You may choose to include your contact information if you would like someone from the Faculty Senate Executive Committee to follow up with you. You should be aware that your name may be revealed in the process of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.

Submissions will be reviewed by Faculty Senate Executive Committee and, when appropriate, referred to the relevant Senate committee or university office for further consideration.
