In response to campus changes resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, Payroll is excited to announce the implementation of a one-stop link on our website. You are now able to message the Payroll department or submit forms using the Submit Documents or Contact Us Form, except for Direct Deposit Authorization forms. Direct Deposit Authorization forms must be submitted in person. The Payroll Office is open on Tuesdays from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. to assist with this process but will be promoting strict social distancing. Please bring a photo ID. The implementation of this form will add an extra layer of safety and security for submitting documents.
The advantages of using the online form are that you will receive an email receipt of your message, multiple people monitor messages daily, increased response time, and avoiding person-to-person contact during the COVID-19 health crisis. It will also help us direct your message to the appropriate person in our office.
