$50 Gift Cards from Biometric Screening

Health Services has received several phone calls and emails from employees inquiring about the $50 gift card and when it should arrive. According to Onlife Health, if you completed your biometric screening in Health Services and your online health assessment before the deadline of October 17, your $50 gift card should be in your home address mailbox on or around December 10.
