Practice Review

Once each quarter, a total of 5 patient medical records from clients for which the APRNs have provided services are randomly selected and reviewed by the UALR Medical Consultants (Dr. Keith Cooper & Dr. Albert Kittrell) for appropriateness of care and accuracy of documentation. These important reviews have shown that all providers are consistently providing excellent care and documenting their interventions well.
