Students in the UA Little Rock History Department have the opportunity to complete internships as part of their degree program. These internships give students real-world experience that prepares them for their future careers. Opportunities are available at local museums and archives, local, state, and federal government agencies, and non-profit organizations. The History Department internship coordinator helps assist students in locating paid and unpaid opportunities; students are also encouraged to search for opportunities via Handshake or usajobs.gov.
