UA Little Rock faculty, staff reach Campus Campaign goal

All In: The Campaign for UA Little Rock

UA Little Rock employees surpassed their 50 percent goal for a campuswide fundraising campaign for the university, with 51 percent participation by faculty and staff in the campaign.

Employee participation in the 2017 campus campaign increased from 49 percent participation in the previous year’s campaign, which shows that faculty and staff believe in the vision and mission of the university, said Kristi Smith, UA Little Rock’s senior director of development and the 2017 Campus Campaign chair.

“In addition to increasing the percent of participation, the campaign increased the number of people contributing to the campaign from 691 the previous year to 709 in 2017,” Smith said. “In fact, over the past 10 years, faculty and staff have raised an astounding $3.5 million.”

Smith said 22 offices and departments reached 100 percent participation. They include:

  • Academic Advising
