On December 14, 2023, Chancellor Christina Drale approved updates to UA Little Rock policy: Leave for Academic and Other Exempt Employees – LR 402.34.
Summary of updates:
- This policy revision discontinues annual leave accrual for head and assistant coaches. This category of employees will still accrue sick leave.
- Additionally, the term “non-classified” is replaced by “exempt” to reflect the change in employee categorization.
