We understand things happen in life and you may have experienced a new, broken or lost cell/smart phone and since you used your old phone for Multi-Factor Authentication now you won’t have access to Workday.
- You will need to create an ITS ticket to have your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) reset to your new phone or device.
- You will then need to set up MFA again on the new device before regaining access to Workday. This is the only way to get into your Workday account to clock-in or clock-out, enter time or time off requests as well as other business processes you may need to complete. It is imperative that you and your team be diligent to ensure access to Workday and create an ITS ticket as quickly as possible to resolve this.
REMINDER: Every 90-days you will be prompted to re-authenticate your MFA. If you do not select to stay signed in, it will prompt you to re-authenticate each time you log in Workday!
