Faculty Reviews!

Faculty reviews will be performed as they have been done in the past; the self-populating template in Workday does not need to be completed. After completion of the faculty review, you will then need to upload your review in Workday no later than March 31st.

Non-classified and Classified Employee Performance Reviews!

Performance evaluations will be done in Workday beginning in January 2021. A performance evaluation template will self-populate by pulling job responsibilities from each employee’s position. In preparation for the evaluation process, Project One has created a report that pulls an employee’s job responsibilities for managers to review and ensure that the employee’s job responsibilities are in Workday and up-to-date. Up-to-date job responsibilities are important because they are pulled into the performance review template generated in Workday.

Starting next week managers will see in their Workday announcements the message below.

“To review the report select the orange button called RPT- Job Responsibilities (this will only be seen by managers).”

Managers may also navigate to an employee’s Workday page, click on their position, click on “Position Restrictions”, and select the “Qualifications” tab. If job responsibilities are missing or need updating,they will need to be edited. Project One has included this Quick Reference Guide for Position Restrictions. The edits will then go through an approval process in Workday.
